You will be providing technical support to MotorDesk users via email, online chat, telephone and video calls. Your goal will be to exceed expectations by providing proactive and enthusiastic support. As well as providing technical support you will assist new customers in setting up the service, guiding them through the initial set-up and fine-tuning the settings to suit their business. As part of this process, you will work to personalise their website using no-code website design tools, giving you a chance to express your creativity.
You will also be expected to provide customer training via video calls, and during quiet periods you will be tasked with writing help content for the platform, including creating help videos.
